THIS NEW @E40 SLAPS SO HARD

Happy Friday. Today was E-40 day, literally. Been bumping his new album The Gift of Gab all fucking day. Literally going dumb in my whip. All I wanted to hear tonight was “Tell Me When To Go,” and was geeked when he threw it back to “Sprinkle Me.” That was our fucking jam in high school. 40 WATERRRRRR.
Tonight was 93.5 KDAY’s #TheRapShow at the Shrine Auditorium, which tripped me out because I’m always in the Expo Hall next door. This was seated. I remember I went to the MTV Movie Awards here. It was a full house. The bill: Suga Free, Scarface, Juvenile, Fabolous, T.I., and E-40 headlining. This was the most OG lineup, with throwbacks for days.
I totally forgot he was on Luniz’ “I Got 5 On It.” So many hits.
“Sprinkle Me” had me geeked. Salute to the Ambassador of the Bay.
