In light of his most recent mixtape, Luca Brasi 3, the “Really Really” rapper has collaborated with Hollywood Escape House to reenact his Baton Rouge Trap House.
Last year, the Louisiana native was sentenced to jail for gun charges stemming from a 2013 incident.
Released earlier this year, Gates has been locked in the studio creating music with real-life storytelling of his struggles coming out the mud.
Celebrating his three-year anniversary with his wife, Dreka Gates, Kevin officially opened the doors to his House of Carolina Escape Room in Hollywood on October 17.
AllHipHop was in attendance to partake in the festivities, which included stepping inside the Escape House and using intelligence and wit to put together clues and solve puzzles and unlock the key to the door.
Given 60 minutes to escape the trap house and get rid of any contraband before the police arrived, we couldn’t help but notice the attention to detail inside.
Makeshift drug paraphernalia and even a fake gun were found, as Kevin’s mixtape played in the background.
Songs like “Adding Up” came in perfect time as we weighed the bricks of (fake) cocaine on the scale.
In addition, we heard heavy knocking throughout the hour, reminiscent of real-life police trying to get inside to arrest us.
Upon exiting, we were greeted warmly by both Kevin and Dreka.
This attraction is pure genius, and bound to attract new and old fans alike.
