‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ Is The End Of A Saga

Sunday, December 22nd

Happy Sunday. Today I actually had a rough day 🙁 wasn’t feeling too great. Had to return my rental car to Enterprise near LAX then my bro swooped me to go to Burbank airport. We flew home via Southwest (per usual) & our flight was delayed 30 minutes. Meep. Feels good to go home for the holidays though. Seems like everybody is spending time with family this year.

Touched down in San Jose & unpacked. Then I went to go see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, the new and last Star Wars movie. My bro actually just informed me that it’s the last one… after like 50 years since it started. Brazy. Shout out to Jonrey for coming with me even after seeing it just yesterday. A real one <3 We hit the 9:20pm showing at Century Cinema 16 in Mountain View. I used to come to this theater all the time! Shout out to reclining leather seats, it’s so comfortable here.

IMDB plot: The surviving Resistance faces the First Order once more in the final chapter of the Skywalker saga.

As always, I never know what’s really happening in the Star Wars movies. Can’t say I’m a fan, but I’m a fan of movies lmao. I literally never know what’s happening or who’s who, but the beauty of these films is that it’s entertaining regardless. Daisy Ridley plays Rey, the beautiful Jedi. She killed it, especially in her endless crying scenes. The actual movie runs about 2hours 21 minutes. If I could, I would make these way shorter. I hate movies over 2 hours long.

Enjoyed it though. I’m tryna chill & do nothing these next few nights. Halla at me if you see this <3
