Richie Wess is the definition of a hustler, someone who’s always getting to the money no matter what the circumstances. Now, he brings that same energy into the music industry. Hailing from Tampa, Florida, and reppin’ his city any chance he can, the rising star got his start as one of the original members of Rich The Kid’s Rich Forever imprint. Additionally, he’s been mobbing with Fat Joe and his Terror Squad gang since its fruition.

Fast forward to today, Richie returns with his highly-anticipated new project titled Last Laugh. Released via EMPIRE, the 11-track album hails guest appearances from Rich The Kid, Smokepurpp, Jay Critch, Kuttem Reece, and his own artist Yung Dread. The title itself speaks volumes to the current state of the rap game, addressing the fact that anyone can count you out at anytime.

For Richie, he spent the last year focusing on growing his businesses, opening 3 food trucks, a restaurant, and a recording studio all back home in Tampa. Creating the project in just two weeks, Richie states, “While maybe one of my aspects wasn’t on music at the time: when I come back, I’m always going to get the Last Laugh. Because n*ggas still getting money, we still moving around. We can still do this in our sleep!”
