Kid Cudi is a global superstar, and he’s continuously breaking down barriers in both music and tech. Boasting one of the most devout fanbases in the music industry, the Cleveland, Ohio native proves why he’s one of the most influential recording artists of our generation, creating heartfelt, relatable music that touches on all aspects of life: from mental health to relationships to simply existing.

On Wednesday, August 24th, Kid Cudi took his To the Moon World Tour to the Kia Forum in Inglewood, selling out one of the biggest venues in Los Angeles that fills over 17,505 people.

He was very on time for his 9pm set, rocking a vibrant baby blue sweater and pink pants. And if there’s one thing you can count on with Cudi: it’s that his fashion game is always on point.

The first and only special guest of the evening was King Chip, formerly known as Chip tha Ripper. Cudi first said he needed to smoke, before bringing out his good friend to perform “Hyyeer.” “Ghost!” was next, as concertgoers chanted “Cudi! Cudi!” and used both hands to throw up hearts into the air.

A beautiful moment was when Cudi introduced “Man on the Moon,” crediting the song for introducing him into the world. Soon after, he dedicated “Mr. Rager” to all the fucked up kids, similar to him.
“Memories” was definitely show-stopped, with confetti and laser lights going off in the background. “Pursuit of Happiness” was another fan favorite, as Cudi concluded the show with his old classic “love.”
