Skyxxx is a whole vibe, releasing endless trap bangers for his growing fanbase. The New York-bred, Orlando-raised recording artist is best known for his infectious rhymes, designer lyrics, and hard-hitting production. Beyond that, he tells a story of a kid who was battle rapping on his street corner, pushing through the struggles to make his dream come true.
In 2013, Skyxxx went viral with his hit single “Bangk,” consistently feeding the people with project after project. Signing to Warner Records, he formally released his debut single “Hotboy,” not letting up on his bars in the slightest. His collaborations with notable dance music artists such as Slushii on “Run Up The Block” and “Chicken Dinner” on Party Favor add to the story, proving his litness can’t be limited to any one genre.
Now, he gifts fans his highly-anticipated debut EP titled Madhouse. Bridging classic hip-hop and the new era, the project hails eight tracks with features from Guapdad 4000 and Valee. The visual for “14 Gramz” featuring the latter sees Skyxxx parodying a classic American sitcom in the trippiest way possible.
When it comes to the content in his songs, you never know what you might get. But one thing’s for sure, Madhouse will have you bobbing your head and wanting to get lit — instantly.
